IPv6 on Mac OSX
Many of you are asking yourselves if tigerVPN supports IPv6 too. Well, the answer is not yet. We only cover IPv4 which is still the one generally used - no doubt when the time comes and it will be required by the situation, we will update, still, meantime, you only need IPv4. If still, you are afraid of IPv6 traffic to not be routed through the vpn ( tough our config files make sure all the traffic is routed through it) you can disable IPv6 from your Mac, and below you will see how to do it:
- Go to Apple -> System Preferences -> Network, select each network connection you are usually using from the left side menu, and go to Advanced -> TCP/IP -> Configure IPv6 and from the dropdown select "Link-local only" as shown in the image below.
